Shipping policy

Standard orders and orders including changes to existing designs (colour, size or Set of Sparkles) will be created and shipped within 2 working days.

For new designs or more complex customisations, orders will be created and shipped within 3-7 working days once approved.

All orders are tracked and can be monitored via the shipping carrier’s website. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only, provided by our shipping carriers. 

You, as the recipient, are responsible for payment of any customs duties or charges applicable in the country of destination. Please ensure you are familiar with the requirements of your country before placing your order.
